WHAT ADDRESSES CAN YOU DELIVER TO?

We will courier your chocolates to residential and business addresses only. PO Boxes cannot be used.

CAN MY CHOCOLATES BE LEFT AT MY DOOR?

All courier deliveries require a signature. If you’re not home at the time, the courier will leave a calling card. Once you receive this card, we recommend you arrange for pickup/redelivery as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once we’ve reviewed your order, we will carefully create and perfectly package your delectable delights and send these on to you. You will then receive an email including the courier ticket number so you can track your order.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEM?

Our award winning chocolates are delicately crafted to the highest specifications and carefully packaged for safe delivery to you. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, we ask that you please email us or call us on 0508 TRUFFLES to discuss.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ITEM TO REACH THE DESTINATION?

Our New Zealand deliveries are couriered overnight.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your courier ticket tracking number. To view the status of your order, log onto the courier company’s website.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?

All VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards are accepted.

IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?

Your payment will be processed through Payment Express, a PCIDSS compliant payment solutions provider, certified with all major card schemes.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES WHEN ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS?

Courier rates are charged per item, therefore each box incurs a separate courier fee.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

Giles Chocolatier has a physical shop at 169 St Aubyn Street New Plymouth. In store pick up is available as is premium flight coffee and a range of our delectable chocolate products.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY CHOCOLATES?

To guarantee the ultimate enjoyment, we recommend you consume your chocolates within three weeks.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CHOCOLATES?

Keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Ideally, your chocolates are best kept at room temperature, preferably at 18°-20°C. Avoid storing your chocolates in the refrigerator, as this could spoil the delicate flavours or alter the creamy texture of their fillings. However, if you’d prefer to refrigerate your chocolates, we recommend you take them out 24 hours before removing the plastic wrap – this allows the chocolates to adjust to room temperature gradually.

CAN I SEND A GIFT ANONYMOUSLY?

Absolutely! During checkout, please add a note that your order is to be sent as an anonymous gift and we’ll ensure your name does not appear on any documentation accompanying your gift. If your gift recipient does call us, we will not reveal your identity, unless you have instructed us to.
