At Word Of Mouth Chocolates, we are committed to customer satisfaction and pride ourselves on the excellent quality chocolate products we produce. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If your chocolates are defective or damaged upon receipt, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us immediately after your package arrives, and photograph the exterior and interior of the shipping carton as well as its contents and email the photos to

Cancellation/Changing of Orders
Once orders have been shipped, no changes or cancellations of orders can be made. If you wish to change a submitted order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us on 0508 TRUFFLES or to arrange.
